Can I place a custom order?
If you are interested in a custom vanity order, it would move to our custom division. Please contact hello@laurenandgracestudios.com or fill out our contact form here to get started.
Can I order by telephone?
No, all ordering is done on our website
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged in full at the time the order is placed.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Will tax be charged to my order?
Taxes are calculated based on the laws and regulations of the order’s shipping address. Each city/state has different laws regarding the taxation of merchandise as well as freight and handling.
Are the delivery dates on your products guaranteed?
We strive to meet the delivery times on the website, but we do not guarantee due to elements out of our control.
Will you share my email, home, or business address with other companies?
No, we do not share customer information.
What is the first thing I should do once my Lauren & Grace pieces are delivered?
To ensure we can resolve any issues swiftly, we require all items to be unboxed and thoroughly inspected within 5 business days of a confirmed delivery.
What should I look for?
- Structural Damage: Any cracks, breaks, or instabilities.
- Surface Defects: Significant scratches, dents, or finish inconsistencies.
- Missing Hardware: Ensure all components are present.
- Order Accuracy: Confirm the color, size, and style match your order.
Shipping and Delivery for Online Orders
When will my order be shipped?
- We strive to have our vanity orders shipped within 8-10 weeks but sometimes delays will happen. You will be notified when your item is shipped. Custom order shipping is unique to each order and will be communicated as order is placed.
- Mirror orders should ship between 6-8 weeks.
What locations do you ship to?
We currently ship to destinations within the contiguous United States.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
What methods of shipment do you use?
We contract with third party shipping services.
